Mobile Premiere League the Digital Gaming Company acquihired Khidki a Social Commerce app to cater to the increasing demand from the Tier II and III cities in India. The acquihire transaction was finalized in March 2020.

Khidki was founded in January 2017 by Kumar Saurabh and Kapil Agarwal, alumni and batch
mates of IIIT-Allahabad. It was launched as a town localized vernacular social network in India and later commerce layer was added to it. Khidki was also successful in fund raising from the investment firm-cum-accelerator Axilor Ventures headed by Infosys Founders SD Shibulal and Kris Gopalakrishnan.
